All funds are in sterling.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders are usually shipped within 3 days WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PROMOTIONAL ITEMS which can take up to 28 days . Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY

If the product you have received is not the right size or model, or if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your product to a different model, you may certainly do so. Simply send back the product and let us know what you would like to do. Please note that a £3.75 flat fee is assessed for each exchange package that is sent out, in addition to any applicable upsizing fees or other price differences.

Tip: Link bracelets can easily be re-sized for a nominal fee by a local jeweller or watch repair center.

If you would like to return your product for refund, and your product is covered by a money-back guarantee, you may send back the product within the given timeframe, along with a note stating you wish to return the product. The product must be returned in the original condition it was received in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Postage costs and 10% non-refundable credit card and handling charges are deducted from the credit amount.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Your order is usually shipped within 3 days after it has been received. Special promotional orders can take upto 28 days due to demand. Orders cancelled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a 5% fee to cover associated non-refundable merchant fees. Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decide to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 10% (this includes all applicable return postage charges, as well as restocking fees in addition to the 5% merchant fees stated above).
